For those joining us in-person, attendees are responsible for making and canceling their own travel reservations as needed. Please be mindful of cancellation and change fees as you make your travel plans.

The group room block at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center has closed; however, there are still rooms available at the hotel outside the group block. There are also many lodging options within close proximity of the Bethesda North Marriott; we have listed a few possibilities below. Please note: NIH has no affiliation or preference for any hotel listed, and this is not an exhaustive list.

If you have a reservation in the group room block at Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center

• No-shows will be charged one room night on the day of arrival – please be aware of possible reservation, room change, or cancellation deadlines and potential fees. The last day to make hotel reservations in the room block was Friday, May 14. 
• Check-in time: 4:00 P.M.
• Check-out time: 12:00 P.M.  Any requests for a late check-out should be made directly with the hotel at check-in by the guest.
• Hotel Parking: $15 Day Rate; $19 Overnight Rate

We encourage those in need of flights to pay close attention to the options available regarding cancellation and change fees when they are purchasing airfare.
