Poster Information for Accepted THAs and General Abstracts

Thank you to everyone who submitted abstracts for this year’s BRAIN Initiative Meeting. All poster presenters should receive an email with details by May 24th. If you do not receive an email, please reach out to BRAIN@infinityconferences.com

Virtual Poster Information

All accepted THAs (finalists and honorable mentions), and general abstracts are expected to submit a virtual poster for the 8th Annual BRAIN Initiative Meeting. This year’s meeting is using the iPosters platform which allows each poster presenter to easily build a dynamic, interactive poster online. While we encourage everyone to take advantage of the iPosters functionality, you may upload a static pdf of your poster instead, if you choose. Virtual poster building instructions were sent out in late-May from INFINITY/iPosters at BRAIN@infinityconferences.com

Poster Sessions

There will be four scheduled poster sessions during this year’s BRAIN Initiative Meeting. All virtual poster presenters have been assigned and emailed a poster session slot. We request that you are present online, logged into iPoster and the meeting environment, for the duration of your assigned session. Please refer to the email details for related timelines and methods of engagement. 

  • Poster session 1 - June 21 at 10:15 am EDT 

  • Poster session 2 – June 21 at 2:45 pm EDT 

  • Poster session 3 - June 22 at 10:15 am EDT 

  • Poster session 4 – June 22 at 1:45 pm EDT
