• Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA)
• U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA)

• All products exhibited must be directly related to the U.S. BRAIN Initiative goals, including basic translational and clinical research. The NIH/NINDS BRAIN Initiative staff approves exhibitor requests. 
• Exhibitors must comply with FDA regulations for the exhibition of investigational products and Class III devices. 

Exhibitor identification on signage, graphics, and literature must match the organization name submitted on this Exhibitor Request Form.
