Poster Information for Accepted Scholar Spotlights and Poster Abstracts

Thank you to everyone who submitted abstracts for this year’s BRAIN Initiative Conference. All poster presenters will receive an email with details by May 8th. If you do not receive an email, please reach out to BRAIN@infinityconferences.com

The schedule of Posters will be available online on May 31, 2024.

Virtual Poster Information

All accepted Scholar Spotlights and Poster Abstract presenters are required to create a virtual poster for the 10th Annual BRAIN Initiative Conference. This year’s conference is again using the iPosters platform, allowing each poster presenter to easily build a dynamic, interactive poster online. While we encourage everyone to take advantage of the iPosters functionality, you may upload a static PDF of your poster instead, if you choose.

Virtual poster-building instructions will be sent out by May 9th. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.

For Poster Presenters Only

Details, instructions, and resources can be found here. This link will require a password which will be provided in the May 8 email from BRAIN@infinityconference.com. Please bookmark this page as it will be updated regularly.

Poster Sessions

There are three scheduled poster sessions during this year’s BRAIN Initiative Conference. Poster presenters are only required to present their poster once during the conference (either virtually or in person). All poster presenters will be emailed a poster session slot on May 31, 2024.  

PLEASE NOTE: If you registered to attend the meeting in person, you are automatically assigned a poster board number to present in person. To opt out of presenting in person, you must contact BRAIN@infinityconferences.com by May 17, 2024, to change your poster to a virtual poster presentation time slot.

All in-person presenters will need a 4’ x 6’ printed poster. No in-person posters will be presented on screens or be allowed to use audio/visual or power. 

The scheduled poster session times are

  • Poster session 1 - June 17 at 8:00 – 9:30 am EDT  

  • Poster session 2 – June 17 at 11:15 am – 12:45 pm EDT 

  • Poster session 3 - June 18 at 8:00 – 9:30 am EDT  

The complete schedule of posters for each session will be posted as it becomes available. Please email BRAIN@infinityconferences.com with any questions.

    • Purpose of this email: This is the first email sent to all Poster Presenters. This is includes access information to the password protected Poster Information page, deadlines, link to the iPoster Informational Meeting and your poster number. Poster Presenters are asked to provide their presentation status (in-person or virtual) by May 17, 2024.
