For those joining us in-person, attendees are responsible for making and canceling their own travel reservations as needed. Please be mindful of cancellation and change fees as you make your travel plans.

Hosted/sponsored travelers will be contacted with travel and lodging instructions directly by the meeting logistics team. If you are unsure if you are a hosted/sponsored traveler, please contact BRAIN@infinityconferences.com.

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. If you wish to cancel, please do so 72 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel.

Please note, all attendees are responsible for their hotel charges, including taxes and incidentals. Attendees are also responsible for reserving and/or canceling rooms as needed and for any cancellation fees. 

The group room block at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center has closed; however, there are still rooms available at the hotel outside the group block. There are also many lodging options within close proximity of the Bethesda North Marriott; we have listed a few possibilities below. Please note: NIH has no affiliation or preference for any hotel listed, and this is not an exhaustive list.

If you have a reservation in the group room block at Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center

• No-shows will be charged one room night on the day of arrival – please be aware of possible reservation, room change, or cancellation deadlines and potential fees.
• Check-in time: 4:00 P.M.  Any requests for a late check-in should be made directly with the hotel by the guest at least 72 hours before arrival.
• Check-out time: 12:00 P.M.  Any requests for a late check-out should be made directly with the hotel at check-in by the guest.
• Hotel Parking: $15 Day Rate; $23 Overnight Rate

We encourage those in need of flights to pay close attention to the options available regarding cancellation and change fees when they are purchasing airfare.
